• How long does fulfillment typically take?
  Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. Standard preorder fulfillment typically takes 5–10 business days.
• Do you offer refunds?
  All sales are final due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions. Exchanges may only be approved if the hair remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Will I receive tracking information?
  Yes. Tracking details are emailed once your order has shipped.
• Can the hair be colored or chemically treated?
  Yes. The hair can be professionally colored, styled, and chemically processed.
• How many bundles do I need?
  For lengths 16–20", 3 bundles are typically recommended for a full install. For lengths 22–30", 4 bundles are recommended for additional fullness. Some textured installs may require fewer bundles depending on your desired look and install method.
• Where can I book an install?
